plusONE: Seminar

plus ONE is a seminar that challenges participants to rethink impact and reimagine how we invest our time, influence, generosity and resources. Presented by two of the founders of Mackie’s Place, a youth organization built around relationship, belonging, mentorship and meaningful opportunities for young people facing barriers, it draws from years of putting these ideas into practice. Grounded in our calling as followers of Jesus, plus ONE invites us to reexamine some of the frameworks we use to serve our cities and consider how lasting impact happens through relationship and walking alongside people. Combining teaching, practical stories, reflection and meaningful conversation, participants explore the influence, access, relationships and opportunities God has already placed in their hands. Participants leave with practical tools they can immediately apply within their lives, churches, organizations, businesses and communities—and a simple challenge: Who is your plus ONE?
