Essential Job Functions
- Supervise custodial staff
- Perform and manage some custodial and maintenance duties
- Assist in hosting rental and church events
- Oversee safety, security, maintenance and repair strategies for the GBC building
- Manage budgets for facility care and maintenance

Working Conditions
- Hours of work
- This is a part-time position. Approximately 15-20 hours a week. Hours could expand as rentals and events expand.
- On-call responsibilities
- This position may require on-call availability to address facility emergencies as needed

Staffing Responsibilities
- Reports to Pastor of Ministry Development
- Supervises/coordinates custodial staff, volunteer facility teams and event hosts
- Will participate in team meetings and activities
- Performance evaluation and review will take place annually during the month of July
