Joel Schnell

Pastor Joel joined Grace Baptist Church in 2018.  He is married to Mariela, and they share two beautiful children, Henry and Adeline. Before returning to Calgary, he and Mariela spent seven years on Vancouver Island.

Joel is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing softball. As a family, they enjoy traveling, reading stories, watching movies and playing with a Buzz Lightyear action figure. Joel and Mariela dream together that Henry will grow up to be the starting shortstop for the New York Yankees.
